Spinach Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Salad oil | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Wine vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| White wine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 teaspoons soya sauce | ||
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Curry powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 2 or 2 1/2 lb. fresh spinach | ||
| 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled | ||
| 2 hard boiled eggs, coarsely grated | ||
Directions
Chill sauce and shake well before adding to spinach, bacon and eggs.
