Main IngredientSpinach
Ingredients
Pls see the video.10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup Feta Cheese
1 cup Cream Cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
1/2 cup mashed peas
Salt to taste
Pepper
15 frozen phyllo sheets, thawed
1/3 cup butter, melted
Directions
In a large bowl, combine spinach, egg, feta cheese, cream cheese and onions, salt and pepper and blend well.
Take one of the phyllos and brush lightly with the melted butter. Place 2 more phyllo sheets on top of it, brushing each of the sheets with butter.
Spread 1/5th of the spinach mixture along one short side of the phyllo sheets.
Fold in the sheets along the long sides, and then wrap it up into a roll. Brush the top of the roll lightly with butter.
Repeat the steps with the remaining phyllo sheets and spinach mixture to make 4 more rolls and brush with butter.
To help cut the rolls, score rolls at 1-inch intervals. At this point, the rolls can be covered and frozen for up to 6 months.
To bake, place the rolls on a baking sheet. Bake in preheated 375°F-oven for 25 min. or until golden brown.
Cut into slices and serve hot.

Spinach is my favorite and how can I not fall in love with these rolls made out of it! And great that you have the ingredients and preparation method up there! I love my snack a lil bit spicy and I suppose trying the same with these spinach rolls wouldn't harm the taste. Do let me know, so that I can give it a try!

Free piece of advice - anyone who really wants to cook your recipe would like to have a printed recipe paper in hand for shopping or simply collecting the stuff. Video is great to watch while cooking but it doesn't substitutes ingredients and directions.
