Spinach Rolls Recipe

Ingredients
1 pound extra-lean ground beef
3 slices bread torn into crumbs
2 onions, chopped
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
16 to 20 large spinach leaves, boiled
2 to 3 minutes
1 cup beef broth
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
Directions
Combine beef, bread crumbs, onions, egg, and seasonings.
Place 1 heaping tablespoon of this mixture on each spinach leaf.
Fold ends in toward center and roll tightly.
Place rolls in slow cooker.
Add broth and dot with butter.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
