Homemade Spinach And Ricotta Ravioli Recipe Video
Classic homemade ravioli, with a cheese spinach filling and a simple tomato sauce
Ingredients
1 egg, beaten
1 lb whole milk ricotta cheese, drained
3 oz whole milk mozarella, grated
1/4 cup grated parmesan
5 oz cooked, drained, chopped baby spinach
1 tsp dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 lb fresh pasta sheets
Directions
Combine beaten egg, cheeses, spinach, parsley and oregano and salt and pepper and nutmeg. Refrigerate for 1 - 12 hours.
Using a ravioli mold, work with sheets of fresh pasta to encase small rounded tsp of filling. Boil in rapidly boiling salted water until pasta rises to surface and then continue cooking for ~ 3 minutes. Serve with any simple tomatoe sauce.

A few ingredients are made for each other, like spinach and ricotta. When Maria made these homemade spinach and ricotta ravioli, it cane out as an ultimate delicious dish and it is so simple that if you don't mind getting a little messy with flour you can make these babies in your own kitchen.Comments

I was looking for a spinach ravioli recipe and glad to have stumbled upon ur entry :)... I have never made it before but I'm gonna do this without the egg... or is using an egg substitute necessary..?
