Ingredients
2 litres water
750 g spinach
2 onions
60 g butter
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Freshly ground pepper
Salt
Juice of one lemon
1/2 cup sour cream
2 capsicum, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup of ham cut into small dice
Directions
Boil the water and blanch the spinach for 5 minutes.
Drain and cool it under running cold water.
Squeeze out excess water.
In a large frying pan saute the onions, previously chopped in the work bowl, add the spinach and dry it out.
In the work bowl finely puree the spinach, add the lemon juice and the sour cream.
Season.
Put the puree into a saucepan, add the chopped capsicum and diced ham and heat.
