Spinach Pie Recipe
Ingredients

| 10 - 12 OZ. SPINACH Drain well. | ||
| Add | ||
| 1 LB. TOFU, MASHED WELL WITH A FORK | ||
| 2 EGGS, LIGHTLY BEATEN | ||
| Cheddar Cheese | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Turn into the prepared crust or a 10" oiled casserole.
