Spinach Mousse (Salad) Recipe

1 3 Oz. Pkg. Lemon Jello
1 Cup Boiling Water
1/2 Cup Cold Water
1 1/2 Tbs. Vinegar
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Dream Whip
1/2 Tsp. Salt
Few Grains Pepper
2 Tbs. Finely chopped Onions
1 Cup Chopped, Raw Spinach
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add cold water and vinegar.
Chill to eggwhite consistency.
Blend in bowl the mayonnaise, sour cream, whipped cream, seasoning, onion and spinach.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
When gelatin is partially jelled, add remaining ingredients.
Stir well.
Mold and chill.
Eat with enjoyment.
