Ingredients
| Curd | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Semolina | 250 Gram | |
| Spinach | 1 Bunch (100gm) | |
| Sodium bicarbonate | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 tsp ginger green chili paste | ||
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| 2 tsp refined oil | ||
Directions
1Beat the curd and soak semolina in it for 40-45 minutes.
2.Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly, discarding the stems. Drain well and chop.
3.Add soda and salt to the semolina curd mixture, mix well. Now add spinach and ginger- green chilli paste to it. Add oil.
4.Grease idli moulds and pour in the batter. Steam for 10 minutes
5.Serve the idlis with coconut chutney or sambhar as desired.
