Spinach Elegant Recipe
Ingredients
| 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach | ||
| 1/2 teaspoon instant minced onion or 2 teaspoons chopped onion | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Prepare spinach as directed on package, adding onion, salt and pepper.
Drain thoroughly.
Stir in sour cream; mix lightly.
