Spinach Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 2 tomatoes, peeled and crumbs | ||
| Bread | 1 Cup (16 tbs), buttered | |
| Frozen chopped spinach package | 1 , cooked | |
Directions
Saute onion in oil in skillet layer with tomato slices, spinach, salt, and pepper in greased shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle with crumbs.
Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes
