Ingredients

 Onion1 , chopped
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Oil2 Tablespoon
 Black pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 2 tomatoes, peeled and crumbs
 Bread1 Cup (16 tbs), buttered
 Frozen chopped spinach package1 , cooked

Directions

Saute onion in oil in skillet layer with tomato slices, spinach, salt, and pepper in greased shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle with crumbs.
Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes
