| Onion powder | 1 Teaspoon | |

| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
Thaw, drain, and separate spinach; toss with rice.
Combine eggs, soup, and seasonings; stir into spinach mixture.
Turn into greased shallow 2 1/2 quart casserole; sprinkle top with cheese.
Bake in preheated 350°F oven 30 minutes or until firm.
