1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup margarine 2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen chopped spinach
1 can (about 16 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained
1 tablespoon flour 1 package (8 ounces) sour cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Salt and pepper to test
Directions
Saute onion in margarine. Cook spinach as directed on package; drain. Combine all ingredients and pour into baking dish. Bake 30 minutes. Variation: Use cream of mushroom soup or cottage cheese in place of sour cream. Use 1 1/2 cups Swiss or Cheddar cheese, shredded, in place of Parmesan cheese.
