Ingredients

 Spinach1 Pound
 Red tart apples2
 Bacon slices8 , crisply fried and crumbled
 Mayonnaise/Salad dressing2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
 Frozen orange juice concentrate1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Thawed)

Directions

Wash spinach; remove stems and tear leaves into bite-size pieces; dry and chill.
Just before serving, quarter, core and slice unpared apples into large salad bowl.
Add spinach and bacon; toss.
Mix mayonnaise and orange juice concentrate; serve separately to spoon over salad.
