Spinach Apple Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 medium-size red apple, cored and thinly sliced | ||

| Spinach | 1/2 pound, trimmed | |

| Slivered almonds | 1 1/2 Teaspoon, toasted | |
| White wine vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons reduced-sodium soy sauce | ||
| Olive oil | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dash of hot sauce | ||
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
Directions
Combine apple slices and 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice; toss to coat.
Add spinach and almonds; toss well.
Combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
Pour over spinach mixture, toss lightly to coat.
Cover, chill 1 hour.
