Ingredients

 1 medium-size red apple, cored and thinly sliced
 Lemon juice1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Spinach1/2 pound, trimmed
 1 tablespoon plus
 Slivered almonds1 1/2 Teaspoon, toasted
 White wine vinegar2 Tablespoon
 Sugar1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Dry mustard1/2 Teaspoon
 1 1/2 teaspoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
 Olive oil1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice1/2 Teaspoon
 Dash of hot sauce
 Pepper1 Dash

Directions

Combine apple slices and 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice; toss to coat.
Add spinach and almonds; toss well.
Combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
Pour over spinach mixture, toss lightly to coat.
Cover, chill 1 hour.
