Spinach And Sprouts Salad Recipe
This is a kick ass Spinach And Sprouts Salad recipe which will knockout anyone who eats it. Excuse my French please. Serve this tasty Side Dish as often as you like! You do not need to be a gourmet to make out how appetizing and tasty this dish really is.
Ingredients
100 gm each alfalfa, moong, channa, beans and fenugreek sprouts
500 gm baby spinach, washed and torn into bite size pieces
1/2 a small red onion, thinly sliced
125 gm tomatoes, sliced
250 gm fresh mushrooms, sliced
125 gm multigrain bread croutons
1 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp lemon juice, fresh
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Toss all ingredients together and serve cold or make a separate lemon dressing and pour on top of the vegetables and serve
