Spinach- 2 cups, cooked
 
Salt and pepper – to taste
 
Lemon juice- 1
 
Cold boiled ham- 6 slices
 
Any desired dressing- as required
 
Lettuce leaves- as required

Directions

MAKING
1.Drain the spinach and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice
2.Pack into 12 small molds.
3.Place ham on lettuce and place two molds of spinach on opposite sides of each slice of ham.
SERVING
4.Serve with garlic bread or any appetizers
