Ingredients

 Spinach leaves4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Mushrooms1/4 pound, sliced
 Toasted sliced almonds2 Tablespoon
 Olive oil2 Tablespoon
 2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
 Tarragon1/2 Teaspoon, crushed
 Nutmeg1/8 Teaspoon
 Ground black pepper To Taste

Directions

Remove tough stems from spinach; wash and dry and tear into bite size pieces.
Place in serving bowl with mushrooms and almonds.
Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan and heat to boiling.
Pour hot dressing over salad and toss.
Serve.
