Spinach With Sour Cream Recipe

| Spinach | 1 pound, trimmed | |
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
| Sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Romano cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste |
Directions
Preheat oven to broil.
Saute spinach in butter until limp; squeeze but excess moisture.
Transfer to a 1-quart baking dish; add sour cream and 1/4 cup cheese and mix well.
Top with remaining cheese and freshly ground pepper and place under broiler until cheese is lightly browned, about 3 minutes.
