Spinach with Pistachios Recipe
Ingredients
| Pistachios | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Spinach | 1 pound | |
| Chicken stock | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Red onions | 2 Large, thinly sliced | |
| Nutmeg | 1/2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1 Tablespoon, grated |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Clean and wash spinach under cold water to remove any grit.
2) Remove the tough stems.
3) Shake off excess water.
MAKING
4) Keep a large nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat.
5) Lightly toast pistachios for about 2 minutes. Keep aside.
6) In a frying pan heat stock and onion.
7) Saute for about 3 to 5 minutes.
8) Mix spinach and nutmeg.
9) Fry for 2 minutes until spinach wilts.
10) Stir in pistachios.
11) Toss lightly.

12) Sprinkle with cheese.
