Directions

1. Trim spinach; wash leaves well; drain. Pile into a large saucepan; cover. (No need to add water.) Steam 5 minutes, or just till leaves are wilted; drain well. Stir in raisins, salt, pepper, nutmeg. Keep warm.
2. Saute onion in butter or margarine until tender in a small skillet. Add nuts and brown slightly. Pour into the spinach mixture; stir to mix well. Heat just until thoroughly hot.
