Spinach With Parmesan Cheese Recipe

Ingredients

 
2 green onions, sliced
 
1 clove garlic, minced
 
2 tablespoons water
 
1 pound fresh spinach leaves, washed and trimmed
 
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
 
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions

In a 3 quart casserole combine onions, garlic, and water.
Cook on 100% power (high) for 30 to 60 seconds or till onions are tender.
Add spinach.
Cook, covered, on high for 7 to 9 minutes or till spinach is tender, stirring once.
Drain well.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and lemon juice. (This recipe not recommended for low wattage ovens.)
