Spinach With Onion Recipe
Ingredients
2 lb. fresh spinach
2 tsp margarine
1/2 cup onion, sliced
Dash nutmeg, thyme, salt, pepper
Directions
Rinse spinach thoroughly; place in top of double boiler and heat until wilted.
Drain and chop coarsely.
Melt margarine in skillet; add onion.
Saute over high heat until onion is brown on the edges.
Add seasonings.
Stir to blend.
Add spinach and toss to blend.
