Spinach With Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 tablespoons peanut or vegetable oil | ||
| Mushrooms | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), chopped | |
| Spinach | 1 pound, drained | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dash of ground nutmeg | ||
| Lemon slices | ||
Directions
Pour oil around top of preheated wok, coating sides; allow to heat at high (350°) for 2 minutes.
Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic; stir fry 3 minutes.
Add spinach, and stir fry 3 minutes or until spinach wilts.
Sprinkle spinach mixture with lemon juice, salt, and nutmeg, tossing lightly.
Garnish with lemon slices.
