Spinach-Vegetable Sauce For Pasta Recipe
Ingredients
4 medium tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and drained
1/2 cup canned mushrooms, minced
1 tablespoon dehydrated onion flakes
1 tablespoon minced parsley
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed
Directions
Combine ingredients in a large pan and cook until thickened, about 1/2 hour.
Serve over cooked enriched pasta.
