Directions
1. Preheat the oven at 375 degrees F.
MAKING
2. In a bowl whisk together flour, salt, pepper, chili powder, paprika and thyme.
3. Add Earth Balance Butter and Earth Balance Shortening and mix adding 1 tablespoon cold water (about 1/2 cup) at a time.
4. Wrap up in a ball in saran wrap and place in fridge while you make the filling.
5. Mix the corn starch and soy milk and add into the blender.
6. Add fresh spinach, red pepper, onion and Smart Bacon into the blended mixture.
7. Lay the cheddar cheese on the bottom of the crust and spread the prepared filling over it.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
SERVING
9. Once done let it cool for 10 minutes, slice and serve.
