Spinach Tortilla Bites Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen chopped spinach package | 2 , thawed | |
| Green onions | 6 , chopped | |
| 1 package ranch style salad dressing mix | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 jar bacon bits, not imitation | ||
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flour tortillas | 10 Large | |
Directions
Mix together spinach, onions, dressing mix, mayonnaise, bacon bits, and sour cream.
Spread on tortillas; roll to enclose filling.
Place on cookie sheet, seam side down, wrap in plastic wrap and chill overnight.
Slice into bite-size pieces, about 1/2 inch.
Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
