Ingredients

 Spinach Puree- large tin (2 lb.)
 Tomatoes1/2 Pound, sliced
 Onion1 Large
 Meat - Beef, Lamb or Mutton- 1 lb.
 Oil2 Tablespoon
 Salt1 To taste
 Pepper1 To taste

Directions

MAKING
1) In a wok, heat oil and semi cook the meat.
2) Pour off the oil and allow to drain.
3) In the same wok, saute the onion till light browned
4) Stir in the tomatoes and simmer until the tomatoes are well cooked.
5) Pour in the spinach puree and season to taste.
6) Place the meat, in the stew and simmer until meat is tender.

SERVING
7) Serve hot with rice, potatoes or yams.
