Spinach Squares Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 10 ounce packages frozen chopped spinach | ||
| Cooked rice | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| American Cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Feta cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled | |
| Eggs | 4 standard | |
| Milk | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Melted butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Parsley flakes | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Thyme | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Nutmeg | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Crease shallow 2-quart baking dish.
Cook spinach using package directions; drain well.
Combine with rice and cheeses in bowl; mix well.
Beat eggs in bowl.
Add milk, butter, onion, parsley flakes, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, nutmeg and salt; mix well.
Add to spinach mixture; mix well.
Spoon into prepared dish.
Bake for 1 hour.
Cut into squares to serve.
