Florentine Parmesan Souffle Recipe

| 1 recipe Florentine Sauce (count 1/2 slice bread, 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup vegetable, per serving) | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 2 Ounce, grated | |
Directions
Beat egg yolks; combine with Florentine Sauce and mix well.
Beat egg whites till stiff, then fold gently into yolk mixture.
Divide mixture equally into 2 individual casseroles.
Sprinkle half of grated cheese into each casserole; bake at 350° F. for 30 minutes, till puffed and brown.
