Spinach Sea Shells Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Spinach | 1 pound, chopped | |
| Ricotta cheese | 1 pound | |
| Mozzarella cheese | 10 Ounce, shredded | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Sea salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Spaghetti sauce | 1 Quart | |
| Large Sea Shells - 8 ounces | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Into a frying pan, pour in some oil and saute the garlic and onion
2) Add in the spinach and steam in the frying lid with the lid on
3) Into a bowl, mix together the cheeses, eggs, salt and oregano
4) Tip in the drained spinach mixture
5) Spoon in the mixtures into the sea shells
6) Place the sea shells into an oiled baking dish
7) Top with spaghetti sauce
8) Bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes at 350 F
