Spinach Sauté Recipe
Ingredients
| Margarine | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Spinach leaves - 4 cups, thoroughly washed and drained, chopped | ||
| Prosciutto (Italian-style ham) - 1 ounce or reduced-sodium ham - 1 ounce, cut into thin strips | ||
| Pine nuts | 1/2 Ounce | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a 1-quart microwavable casserole, mix margarine and garlic.
2. Cover and cook over High for 1 minute; stir once after 30 seconds.
3. Add rest of the ingredients to the casserole; cover and cook on High for 3 minutes until spinach is wilted; stir once after every 1 minute.
SERVING
4. Serve immediately.
