Spinach Salad With Sweet Parsley Dressing Recipe
Ingredients

| White vinegar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salad oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onion | ||
| Snipped parsley | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cracked black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Spinach | 1 Bunch (100gm) | |
| 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled | ||
| 1/2 cup shredded Jarlsberg cheese | ||
| Walnuts | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Use a screw-top jar, to put sugar, vinegar, oil, onion, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and pepper.
2) Cover the lid and shake thoroughly to blend the ingredients.
3) Place inside refrigerator to chill for at least an hour.
MAKING
4) In a large salad bowl, add spinach, bacon, cheese, and walnuts.
5) Pour in sufficient quantity of dressing and toss lightly.
SERVING
6) Serve with additional dressing on side.
