Spinach Salad with Orange Ginger Sauce Recipe Video
|Baby spinach leaves||2 Cup (32 tbs), washed|
|Dried cranberries||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), candied|
|Ginger orange dressing|
|Carrot||1 Cup (16 tbs), peeled|
|Orange||1 Medium, cut into pieces with skin|
|Lemon||1⁄3 Medium, with skin|
|Fresh ginger||2 Tablespoon, peeled|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|

1. In a blender, add carrot, orange, lemon, fresh ginger, olive oil and blend till smooth. Set aside.
2. In a bowl, put spinach leaves, cranberries, walnuts and ginger orange dressing. Season with salt and toss till mixed.
3. In a serving plate, serve the salad with some crusty bread or as it is.
If the salad is dry to your taste, then add olive oil or orange juice.
