Spinach Salad with Mustard Honey Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| Spinach leaves | 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| Lettuce leaves | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mushrooms | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Tomato | 1 | |
| Low fat yogurt - 1/4 cup, plain | ||
| Dijon Mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Honey | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground ginger - a dash | ||
| Egg - 1, hard boiled egg, diced | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a medium bowl, mix spinach, lettuce, mushrooms ad tomato
2. In a smaller bowl, mix together all the other ingredients except egg and pur over the spinach mixture; toss till well blended
SERVING
3. Sprinkle diced egg on top and serve
