Spinach Salad With Hot Mushroom Dressing is another favorite salad of mine. I learnt this Spinach Salad With Hot Mushroom Dressing when I was doing my graduation and have been preparing this once in a while. Have never forgotten it since!
Ingredients
| 1 10-ounce bag spinach | ||
| 1/4 cup olive or salad oil | ||
| Mushrooms | 1/2 pound, sliced | |
| Cider vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. Into bowl, tear spinach into pieces.
2. In 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat, in hot olive oil, cook mushrooms, stirring often, until tender, about 5 minutes.
3. Stir in vinegar and remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over spinach; toss to coat well.
