Spinach Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Spinach | 4 Cup (16 tbs), washed | |
| Mushrooms | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Radishes | 4 | |
| Ketchup | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| MAYONNAISE SUBSTITUTE | ||
| Buttermilk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), made | |
| Low-fat cottage cheese - 1 cup | ||
| Nonfat yogurt | 8 Ounce | |
| Dill weed | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) FOR THE MAYONNAISE SUBSTITUTE: Take a blender container and put all the ingredients in it. Flash blend the ingredients until smooth.
2) Take a salad bowl and put all the vegetables in it.
3) Add mustard and ketchup to mayonnaise substitute and mix nicely.
SERVING
4) Pour dressing over vegetables and serve immediately.
