 Spinach4 Cup (16 tbs), washed
 Mushrooms1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Radishes4
 Ketchup1 Tablespoon
 Mustard1 Teaspoon
 MAYONNAISE SUBSTITUTE
 Buttermilk1/2 Cup (16 tbs), made
 Low-fat cottage cheese - 1 cup
 Nonfat yogurt8 Ounce
 Dill weed1 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1) FOR THE MAYONNAISE SUBSTITUTE: Take a blender container and put all the ingredients in it. Flash blend the ingredients until smooth.
2) Take a salad bowl and put all the vegetables in it.
3) Add mustard and ketchup to mayonnaise substitute and mix nicely.

SERVING
4) Pour dressing over vegetables and serve immediately.
