 Spinach leaves50 Gram
 Mushrooms100 Gram
 Radishes - 8 -10, sliced
 Alfalfa sprouts25 Gram
 Walnut oil15 Milliliter (For making the dressing)
 Red wine vinegar15 Milliliter (For making the dressing)
 Lemon juice15 Milliliter (For making the dressing)
 Root ginger5 Gram (For making the dressing)
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm) (For making the dressing)
 Dry sherry15 Milliliter (For making the dressing)
 Black pepper1 (For making the dressing)

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Clean spinach leaves by washing and dry them.

MAKING
2. Take a bowl, add all salad ingredients.
3. Take a screw-top jar, and add all dressing ingredients, and combine by shaking it.
4. Spoon the dressing over the salad and toss it.
5. Chill the salad for about an hour before serving.

SERVING
6. Serve the chilled spinach salad with steamed rice.
