Spinach Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Spinach leaves | 50 Gram | |
| Mushrooms | 100 Gram | |
| Radishes - 8 -10, sliced | ||
| Alfalfa sprouts | 25 Gram | |
| Walnut oil | 15 Milliliter (For making the dressing) | |
| Red wine vinegar | 15 Milliliter (For making the dressing) | |
| Lemon juice | 15 Milliliter (For making the dressing) | |
| Root ginger | 5 Gram (For making the dressing) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) (For making the dressing) | |
| Dry sherry | 15 Milliliter (For making the dressing) | |
| Black pepper | 1 (For making the dressing) | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Clean spinach leaves by washing and dry them.
MAKING
2. Take a bowl, add all salad ingredients.
3. Take a screw-top jar, and add all dressing ingredients, and combine by shaking it.
4. Spoon the dressing over the salad and toss it.
5. Chill the salad for about an hour before serving.
SERVING
6. Serve the chilled spinach salad with steamed rice.
