 Spinach8 Ounce
 2 potatoes, cooked, cooled and thinly sliced
 Gruyere cheese slice3 , cut into strips
 Heavy cream1 Tablespoon
 Juice of 1/4 lemon
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1) Clean the spinach in water and put into a saucepan.
2) Leave enough water on the leaves to prevent adding more water.
3) Cover and cook for 3 minutes, then drain well and press out any excess water.
4) Add all the remaining ingredients to this.

SERVING
5) Serve hot or cold.
