Spinach And Potato Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Spinach | 8 Ounce | |
| 2 potatoes, cooked, cooled and thinly sliced | ||
| Gruyere cheese slice | 3 , cut into strips | |
| Heavy cream | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Juice of 1/4 lemon | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Clean the spinach in water and put into a saucepan.
2) Leave enough water on the leaves to prevent adding more water.
3) Cover and cook for 3 minutes, then drain well and press out any excess water.
4) Add all the remaining ingredients to this.
SERVING
5) Serve hot or cold.
