Spinach Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Spinach | 3 Bunch (100gm), cleaned | |
| Green onions | 6 , chopped | |
| 6 slices bacon, diced and fried crisp | ||
| Mushrooms | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Mung bean sprouts | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Basic Fennel Dressing | ||
| Fresh-grated Parmesan or Romano cheese | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Toss the spinach with the green onions, bacon, mushrooms, and mung bean sprouts.
Toss with the fennel dressing, and top with the parmesan or romano cheese, salt, and pepper.
