Spinach Salad Recipe
This is the best ever Spinach Salad I have ever tasted! You have landed in the right place. Even though Spinach Salad is a Side Dish I relish it any time of the day. Vegetable is one of the few ingredients I like to include in my daily cooking and this is my comfort recipe that I usually prepare using it. Ingredients
3 bunches spinach, cleaned and torn
6 green onions, chopped
6 slices bacon, diced and fried crisp
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 cup mung bean sprouts
Basic Fennel Dressing
Fresh-grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Toss the spinach with the green onions, bacon, mushrooms, and mung bean sprouts.
Toss with the fennel dressing, and top with the parmesan or romano cheese, salt, and pepper.
