 1 lb. crisp young spinach
 3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
 3/4 cup Garlic French Dressing

Directions

Fry bacon until crisp, pouring off fat as it cooks.
Drain and crumble.
Tear spinach into a salad bowl.
Sprinkle bacon and eggs on top.
Pour dressing over and toss lightly.
