 Mushrooms1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Butter1 Tablespoon
 Frozen spinach package1 , thawed
 1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
 Swiss Cheese3/4 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 Eggs2 , beaten
 Whipping cream3 Tablespoon
 Pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Hot Sauce1/2 Teaspoon
 1 (9-inch) deep-dish pie crust, baked

Directions

Saute mushrooms in butter until tender; drain well.
Add spinach souffle, sausage, cheese, eggs, cream, pepper and hot sauce.
Pour into crust.
Convection Bake at 325°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
