Spinach And Mushroom Quiche Recipe
Ingredients
| Mushrooms | 1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Frozen spinach package | 1 , thawed | |
| 1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled | ||
| Swiss Cheese | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| Whipping cream | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Hot Sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 (9-inch) deep-dish pie crust, baked | ||
Directions
Saute mushrooms in butter until tender; drain well.
Add spinach souffle, sausage, cheese, eggs, cream, pepper and hot sauce.
Pour into crust.
Convection Bake at 325°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
