Ingredients

 Frozen chopped spinach package1
 2 cups cooked mashed potatoes
 Half and Half3 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Basil1 Teaspoon, crumbled
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Thyme1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper white1/4 Teaspoon
 Butter1 Tablespoon
 1/2 cup shredded Swiss chee

Directions

Using paper towels, remove excess moisture from spinach.
Puree spinach and potatoes; transfer to a saucepan.
Add remaining ingredients except Swiss cheese.
Simmer, partially covered, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes.
Garnish with Swiss cheese.
