Easy Spinach And Potato Soup Recipe

| Basil | 1 Teaspoon, crumbled | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Thyme | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper white | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 cup shredded Swiss chee | ||
Directions
Using paper towels, remove excess moisture from spinach.
Puree spinach and potatoes; transfer to a saucepan.
Add remaining ingredients except Swiss cheese.
Simmer, partially covered, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes.
Garnish with Swiss cheese.
