Spinach Potato Soup Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups cubed peeled potatoes (1/2-inch pieces)
1-1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon granules
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 cup thinly sliced fresh or chopped frozen spinach
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions
In a saucepan, combine the potatoes, water, onion and bouillon; bring to a boil.
Cook until potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients and cook until spinach is tender and heated through.
