Spinach Parmesan Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen chopped spinach package | 3 | |
| 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese | ||
| 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons finely minced onion | ||
| 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons whipping cream | ||
| 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon melted butter or margarine, divided | ||
| 1/2 cup cracker crumbs | ||
Directions
Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well.
Add cheese, onion, cream, and 1/4 cup butter.
Spoon into a well-greased 4-cup ring mold.
Combine cracker crumbs and remaining 1 tablespoon butter; sprinkle over spinach.
Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.
