Spinach Orange Salad Recipe
Spinach orange salad is a healthy vegetable salad fruited with orange. Flavored with marjoram and a dash of nutmeg to taste, the spinach orange salad also has radishes and green onions in it.

2 teaspoons olive, vegetable, or hazelnut oil
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram, crumbled
Pinch black pepper
Pinch ground nutmeg
1/2 cup coarsely chopped orange sections
2 medium size radishes, trimmed and sliced thin
1 green onion, including top, chopped
1/2 pound fresh spinach, trimmed
1 1/4 teaspoons rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
Directions
In a medium size bowl, combine the olive oil, marjoram, pepper, and nutmeg.
Add the orange sections, radishes, and green onion, and toss well.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours, tossing occasionally.
Wash the spinach, pat it dry with paper towels, and tear it into bite size pieces.
