Spinach-Orange-Chicken Salad
4 ox. cooked chicken, cut in strips
2 oranges, peeled and segmented
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
4 cup spinach, rinsed and torn into pieces
Orange Salad Dressing
Directions
In a salad bowl, toss together the first 4 ingredients.
Add dressing and toss to coat.
