Spinach Madeline Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
4 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup liquid from cooked spinach
3/4 tsp. celery salt
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
6 oz. jalapeno cheese, cubed
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Buttered bread crumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Cook spinach.
Drain and reserve liquid.
Melt butter in saucepan, and add flour to make white sauce and cook only until soft.
Add spinach liquid slowly, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
Cook until thick.
Add seasoning and cheese.
Stir until cheese is melted.
Pour over cooked spinach and stir.
Top with bread crumbs.
Bake until heated through.
Better if refrigerated overnight.
