1 pkg. spinach torn into bite size pieces
1 head lettuce €” torn into bite size pieces
4 green onions €” chopped
3 hard boiled eggs €” sliced
1/2 lb. mushrooms €” sliced

1 clove garlic
1 tsp. dry mustard (or more)
2 tsp. sugar
