Spinach Leaf Surprise Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 package Carr's Table Water Crackers | ||
| 1 medium fresh spinach leaf per cracker, remove stems | ||
| 1/2 container Costco Artichoke/Jalepeno Dip, or shrimp or crab dip | ||
Directions
Place crackers on 1 or 2 trays in a single layer; top with a spinach leaf.
Place 1 teaspoonful of dip (your choice) on top of spinach leaf.
