Spinach Lasagna Recipe
Ingredients
| Ricotta cheese package | 1 | |
| Chopped spinach package | 1 , drained | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Spaghetti sauce | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 8 ozs lasagna noodles, cooked, drained | ||

Directions
Preheat oven to 375°.
Mix together ricotta cheese, spinach, parmesan cheese and egg until well blended.
Layer 1 cup sauce, three noodles, 1 cup ricotta cheese mixture and three mozzarella cheese slices in 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
Repeat layers twice.
Cover with foil.
Bake 20 minutes; remove foil and continue baking 15 minutes, or refrigerate overnight.
When ready to serve, bake, covered, 30 minutes; remove foil and continue baking 15 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes
